    When will my order be processed?+

    All orders will be processed within maximum 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is CET.

    How long will it take for me to receive my order?+

    Within Germany your order will be delivered in maximum 5 working days from the time we have dispatched your order from our warehouse. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

    How can I track my delivery?+

    Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our logistics partner.

    What are the shipping charges like?+

    Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €4.50. Shipping to other EU countries is a flat rate of €12.50. From a shopping basket value of €50.00, the shipping costs within EU countries are omitted. Shipping costs to other countries is a flat rate of €19.90.

    Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?+

    Unfortunately, we cannot change order details once the order has been confirmed. Therefore, please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address.

    There is a missing item in my order; what should I do?+

    I have received a faulty item; what should I do?+

    I've purchased the wrong size or color; what should I do?+
