    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons and return the goods to us free of charge. Proceed as follows:

    1. Go to https://lobsterlemonade.shipping-portal.com.
    2. Enter your postcode and order number.
    3. Select quantity and reason for return.
    4. Select the refund method “Money back” and select any return point.
    5. Check the summary.
    6. Print the label and stick it on the package.
    7. Drop off the package at the selected return point. You can also drop it off at other return points of the selected shipping service provider.

    The cancellation period is 14 days from the receipt of the goods, after that https://lobsterlemonade.shipping-portal.com/ is not accessible.

    We will refund the purchase price of the returned order/articles via the respective means of payment within five working days after the package has arrived at our premises.


    Please note that a direct replacement of ordered products is not possible. If you wish to order a different product or size, please return the order and place a new order via the online shop.

    Shipping information

    (1) The delivery time within Germany is usually 3 to 5 working days from the date of order. The delivery time outside the Federal Republic of Germany and within Europe is 5 to 10 working days. For shipments outside Europe, the delivery time up to 15 working days.

    (2) Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €4.50. Shipping to other EU countries is a flat rate of €12.50. From a shopping basket value of €50.00, the shipping costs within EU countries are omitted. Shipping costs to other countries is a flat rate of €19.90.

    (3) If the ordered product is not available, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest a comparable product and inform you about the estimated delivery time. If no comparable product is available or you do not want a comparable product, we will refund the price immediately if necessary.

    (4) Delays in delivery and performance due to force majeure and events that make delivery by Fidu Brands GmbH difficult or impossible – especially strikes, lockouts, official orders, etc., even if they are caused by suppliers of Fidu Brands GmbH or their subcontractors – we are not responsible for binding deadlines. In such cases, Fidu Brands GmbH is entitled to postpone the delivery or service for the duration of the hindrance plus a reasonable start-up time.

    (5) If the customer is in default of acceptance, Fidu Brands GmbH remains entitled to resell the goods to third parties or to hold the original buyer liable for losses.

    (6) We are entitled to make partial deliveries.

    (7) For consumers, the risk of accidental destruction or loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods is borne by the consumer or a specific recipient. This applies regardless of whether the shipment is not insured or not. Otherwise, the risk of accidental destruction or loss and accidental deterioration of the delivery is transferred to the buyer when the goods are shipped to the shipper, carrier or otherwise to the shipping person or facility.
